Late abstract submissions only for POSTER presentation will be accepted until July 20, 2025 Extended to July 31, 2025.

Submitted abstracts can be updated online until July 15, 2025 Extended to July 31, 2025.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Visit the ISPTS 2025 Abstract Submission Page (LINK).
2. Enter your email address. This will be used to send you a confirmation once your abstract has been successfully submitted.
3. Enter your institution name and full name in the appropriate fields.
4. Enter your contact number, including your country code. Do not include any spaces or hyphens.
5. Click the "Add File" button to upload your abstract file. The file must be under 50MB.
6. Please leave the “Additional Comments” section blank. It is intended for internal use only during the abstract review.
7. You can update your submitted abstract any time until July 15, 2025.
8. For each abstract submission, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
