The deadline for abstract submission is April 15, 2024 extended to May 15, 2024.

Late abstract submissions only for POSTER presentation will be accepted until July 20, 2024.

Submitted abstracts can be updated online until July 15, 2024.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Abstracts are submitted online with the EASYCHAIR system by following this LINK.
2. You need to sign up first for an account in EASYCHAIR (sign up for an account, unless you have already one from another conference).
3. Login after establishing your account.
4. You will be asked to fill in information on all authors as well as three keywords.
5. Enter the preferred conference topic for your submission as well as an alternative choice.
6. Upload the abstract from the "Upload Paper" link located at the end of the submission page. The abstract should be a PDF file. Once you prepare the pdf file, click the "UPLOAD PAPER" button and press submit.
   • Prepare your abstract using the template below. When done, convert your file to PDF.
7. You will receive an automatic reply that the paper has been submitted.
8. You can update your submitted abstract any time.
9. For each abstract submission, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
